Meridith Sundberg's deep construction roots and finance education form the cornerstone of SSI Construction's success. As Chief Financial Officer she oversees all contract negotiations and risk analysis, ensuring each project's foundation is as solid as the structures SSI builds. Leading the company's financial and strategic operations since 2009, Meridith has built a robust operational team that enables seamless project execution through sophisticated financial modeling and proactive risk management.

Mike Schultis co-founded SSI Construction in 2009, establishing Seattle's trusted leader in commercial and multi-family reconstruction. As Chief Operating Officer, he brings strategic oversight and hands-on expertise to SSI's operations, driving excellence in envelope reconstruction and complex structural solutions. With a background in business management, Mike developed SSI's signature transparent project delivery method, combining detailed estimating practices with proactive client communication to ensure exceptional outcomes.
